Since the introduction of the quality and environmental management system (EMS) in 1996, RIGK has continuously worked to optimise its processes. The implemented quality (QM) and environmental management (EM) systems continue to successfully pass re-certification, confirming RIGK’s commitment to a quality- and environment-oriented way of working, supported by a certified management system.

Quality as the foundation of customer satisfaction
RIGK is committed to continuously improving its environmental and quality-related processes. This is evident not only in compliance with international standards but also in the ongoing development of internal procedures and external services. One example is the costumer portal introduced in 2023, which allows clients to manage their quantity reports efficiently and digitally. Such measures to simplify customer processes, ensure quality, and increase transparency are crucial for customer satisfaction, which is a top priority at RIGK.
